Worksite Financial Solutions

Worksite Financial Solutions is a comprehensive financial wellness program that assists plan participants with their overall financial health so they can move forward toward meeting their goals. The process simplifies what can seem overwhelming and provides clarity on how the right decisions can impact their future and reduce worry and stress about finances. Employees who have confidence in their finances are more likely to have confidence in their work.

The Worksite Financial Solutions takes a three-tier approach to helping improve financial well-being:

  1. Employee Education
By completing the online financial wellness self-assessment, the participant receives a personalized report showing financial strengths and weaknesses. Workplace workshops are available for in-depth coverage of personal financial planning, investing, retirement planning and other important topics.

  2. Employee Advice
Personalized tools and one-on-one consultations that deliver holistic advice with a focus on retirement readiness.

  3. Employee Transition
Change is inevitable. New employees may need to consolidate retirement accounts and departing or retiring employees may need guidance to prepare for a new phase of life.
Important education for these employees includes tax considerations, asset allocation and withdrawals.

Whether the employee is a novice or sophisticated when it comes to saving and investing, the Worksite Financial Solutions program can be tailored to meet their needs. Information for making better saving and investing decisions is at each employee’s fingertips and professional advice is easily accessible through Worksite Financial Solutions.
